Being a by-law to stop up and close as a public highway, that portion of Simcoe Street (Regional Road 2) legally described as Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 18 and 19, Concession 3 and Part of Lot 19, Concession 3, described as Parts 1 and 5 on Registered Plan 40R-32342, Township of Scugog (the “lands”).
This by-law implements the recommendations contained in Item #2 of the 9th Report of the Works Committee presented to Regional Council on November 29, 2023.
